RV site review - Blue Ox, Albany, OR Our rig: 17’ Casita travel trailer; prefer peaceful, clean, well maintained facility with good wifi; cable, pool, doggie areas, playgrounds, clubhouses not among our needs. Site surface: concrete Level: yes Spacing, landscaping: spacing adequate, a few trees, shrubs at most sites, gravel between sites Amenities: wifi and phone adequate, water, sewer, electric all adequate Park appearance: clean, well maintained, mostly long-term rigs - but tidy and peacefull Bath/Shower: clean, well maintained bath area, didn’t use showers Contacts: courteous, efficient Pricing: $41 Notes: Just fine for our purposes. Well managed, quiet enough for good sleep, clean, well maintained. Solid. Stay again?: Yes.

I love this park, so clean, so kind and well kept. If your in the area, you will want to stay here. I loved it so much, I got a tattoo to remember.

We stayed one night at the Blue Ox RV Park in Albany. Very nice stay. Easy well organized reservations. Quiet, clean, very easy off and back onto I5. Good size sites. We will stay here again.

Nice clean quiet park. Had everything I was expecting for my stay. Rv pads we clean & accommodating. Our rig with the deck down is almost to long for the site so they parked us close to an overflow parking spot so that we could park close to our site. I’m kinda picky about pool temperature and there indoor pool could be warmer. Although I’m sure in the heat of summer it’s a nice cool off. 🙂 We definitely would stay here again if in the area.

To begin with, it's 4 stars only because it's an RV park and I'm used to dry-camping in forest campground environments. The park workers (not sure if they were owners) were friendly enough. The place was really clean and the sites were well spaced, for an RV park. It's a sign of the times and somewhat a reflection of our society that RV parks have, over the past decade, become less transitory and increasingly populated by people who are long-term residents. It's not a slight on those living in RV parks so don't take it as such. The longer term residents were quiet and the spaces were neatly maintained. I imagine that's due to the new owners and the new rules that done have mentioned, but that's just a bunch. Bottom line, with the little experience I've had with RV parks, this one was pretty nice. Clean, quiet, well-spaced and friendly atmosphere.
