Great location between parks, Kanab. Road noise 24 hours. Grounds ill kept-tall grass, utilities present but run over, pool not opened, cafe not opened. Showers/bathrooms seem recently renovated, nice hot water but not cleaned over busy memorial weekend. Laundry facilities great! Gruff owners, desk clerk. Would recommend for short stay over enroute to Zion or Bryce. We booked a longer stay and stuck it out.

Well maintained campground with excellent laundry facilities (cheap too!) and clean bathrooms/showers. We went over Memorial Day so it was very busy, but the proprietor was lovely and accommodating. The views were great, with a horse pasture and friendly horses on one side and a beautiful rock formation on the other side. We tent camped so I can’t speak to the hookups for RVs, but we would come back!

We cut are trip short .No pool or cafe. Grass over grown .Sites are poor too . Walk out my camper door picnic table on top the poopy pipe.See below.I would of thought being Memorial Day Weekend they would at least have the grass cut and a place prepped. Couldn't walk dog in dog bark cuz the grass was so high I afraid of snakes.

Was disappointed with this campground. Sites were very tight and weeds and grass were up to my calf. Neighbors septic was on my site next to our picnic table. On their brochure, it said to beware of snakes. However, It was located well between Bryce and Zion. Pool was broke and cafe was closed. Here a day before the Memorial Day weekend began. Planned to be here thru the weekend. Left early.

A little rough, but the RV gravel space was level. They also have cabins and tent spaces. The store didn't have much in stock, but maybe because they had just opened the day before. We were about a half hour drive from Bryce and Zion, with some cool little towns in between.
