This is a small, immaculately kept KOA very convenient off of I40. We had a beautiful, level site with a table, chairs, Blackstone griddle with propane and a stone fire pit. There is food and gas within a half mile of camp making it so easy for a one or two night stop while traveling. We had an issue with our rig that required a mobile mechanic to come to our site. Mike, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful and checked on us through the entire ordeal. Highly recommended.

Great stop on I-40 between Pigeon Forge TN and Little Rock AR. Traffic noise was loud from the highway. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. WiFi was good and strong. Able to stream without difficulty. Great 4G cell service for Verizon. Sites were very close together.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They had an excellent array of goods for sale in the store. The laundry room and canine facilities were excellent.

Real nice, near I-40. They are right now doing remodeling to the office. It's apparent that they have been working on the roads and sites too. Staff are very nice and helpful.

We frequently stay at KOA rustic cabins when we travel to our home in Florida from Michigan. We try and stay at different ones ever time as we enjoy the experience and prefer it to hotels. We have never experienced the lack of care, up keep and cleanliness that this location had given. The place was not busy so you would think that the ability for the owners to clean and prepare for incoming guess would be great but it was not. We had reservations for over two weeks prior so it was not a surprise that we were going to be there. Upon receiving our key for our cabin we opened the door and were greeted by mounds of hair and filth in the cabin. The deck and surrounding areas had not been cleared off as every other one that we’ve ever been to had been. The bathroom facilities were by far the worst we’ve ever experienced with mystery hair everywhere, foul smells and clogged sink. Trashes were full when we got there and they were not emptied by the time we left the next day . As we stated before we stay in rustic cabins all the time and do not understand how a owner could neglect their business to this extent. On the bright side the small KOA does offer pull through sites for campers and I’m sure you can get those at a reasonable price the lots did not look level nor was the road graded but was very drivable.
