A very unexpected and underrated gem. The stop was intended to be just an uneventful and basic waypoint to camp and sleep for the night while on our way to Yellowstone. It ended up being a night camp + half day hike and explore layover. There are no amenities and the road leading to camp is rough. I would highly recommend going in an all-wheel drive that's high off the ground or at the very least go with good rough terrain tires.
