I was expecting much more considering it is a KOA brand. Maybe the problem is more on the KOA side for not ensuring a standard. On the plus side: The owner/ manager was very friendly and helpful, and gave us a great deal because it was low season. On the negative side this campground focuses on long stay workers, and less on rv tourists. There was so much traffic from the pipeline workers that were staying there, making it very dusty, and a safety hazard for children play. They really need to enforce the speed and do something to control the dust. Doubtful I will stay here again.

We arrived very late at night but we've been warmly welcomed by Dean. He had arranged a lot with 15 amps power but when we left the office we find out that the 15 amps power is not available at any lots! My family and I were so tired and now we were stranded! No power, No place to sleep and it's almost midnight. I ran to the office and discussed the issue with the lady. she called Dean out of his bed and Dean had arranged another lot near his place. He has also fully refunded the fee and let us stay overnight for free! The next morning we had to leave so early for Edmonton so we missed the coffee and we couldn't even say goodbye! But we would definitely go back to say THANK YOU, DEAN! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you are headed to Clearwater or Wells Grey, this is where you must stay. Aside from the postcard views and private campsites full of mature trees, there are also cabins and full service rooms. Top that off with a terrific restaurant, with world class meals and desserts this a place you want to stay for your vacation. The staff are very friendly, with excellent customer service. Overall one of the best vacation destinations in all of Canada!
