Park run by nosey neighbors.. not manager... much gossip... Paid rent on lot 450.00 and 12 hrs later was told I had to move and they wouldn't give back and rent... Wife had medical emergency and Sheriff came out... That's all... Stay away...

This resort is as good as the people who come here. This is because all the activities are organized and run by the people who reside here. The organization that runs this resort is an absentee company. There is no way to talk with them if there is a problem. The manager is a my way or the highway person who really is not a people person which is what is needed for a place like this.
