Lebanon KOA Holiday on Salmon Falls River
Welcome to Lebanon KOA on Salmon Falls River!
Escape from the daily grind and immerse yourself in the secluded beauty of Maine at our riverfront campground.
There are so many ways to stay at Lebanon KOA on Salmon Falls River! We have tent sites for campers. RVers can choose between standard, waterfront and deluxe patio sites and glampers have lots of options with safari tents, three types of cabins and RV rentals to choose from.
There are also lots of options when it comes to amenities. Take a ride on our giant waterslide, get adventurous on our high ropes course, cool off in our two pools, or tube down the Salmon Falls River. Kids will love our two playgrounds and jump pad and adults can unwind in the hot tub. The whole family will have fun in the arcade, on the mini-golf course or at the basketball and volleyball courts. We also have a full schedule of events and theme weekends to keep the good times rolling.
The local area has plenty to offer as well. Spend a day boating or paddling at Milton Three Ponds, Hike Blue Job Mountain, do a little shopping at the Kittery Outlets, or visit Portsmouth, New Hampshire for culture, dining and shopping.

The place is great would have given it five stars if it were not for the bed inside the RV. We rented the RV. The RV is so cool . But the bed was rock hard and thin. I've slept better in prison. It was literally one of the most torturing things if not the most torture I've ever been through in my life. I could have slept a better outside on the grass on a pile of rocks. Shame on them for not upgrading the bed inside the RV. They are literally out of their minds. Other than that we love the campground

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but thatâs expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.

Very crowded at the time I was there for. For me I believe it is a great place to socialize and have fun.

This is an edit of my former 4 đ review. This place is struggling to come up to speed. They tore down the old barn and check in area. Now when you pull into the campground, quite frankly, you don't know where to go. No obvious signage indicating where to park your rig, no signage to locate registration/ check in. Once we figured this out we found an attentive lady to check us in, very attentive and helpful. They assigned us a campsite; but, informed me that the site was not located on the map they then tried to show me where it should be found? Really I have to hunt for my campsite?! Most KOA's take you to your site. Once we found the site I noticed an embankment, where my R/R corner would be, it was high enough that I would have damaged the motor home. They did find us another site, this site was not a full hook up ( which I paid for), cable did not work, Wi-Fi did not work. They did offer to pump me out once for free, we were here for four days. The low hanging, large branches of the pines, scraped my roof and roof a/c damaging one of the covers. Golf carts driving very fast, campers walking through campsites, campsites littered with trash. We paid a resort fee for amenities we were not able to use. You have to sign up the day before for pool time ( which you can't do if you haven't checked in), putt putt golf course is a nice touch ( how about having someone clean it off with leaf blower once a day), ropes course was fun. I really want this place to be good; but, long distance control does not seem to be baring fruit. KOA really need to be proactive with this ownership group and hold them accountable. I don't know how many more chances we can give KOA SALMON FALLS.
