The man at the front was very nice and obviously working hard to clean up the park. It appears as if it was neglected but has new owners so it has great promise! The park itself is quiet but the highway beside it is not!

Could use an update other than that pretty decent

Our stay was only one night. Quiet and site was fine. The ownership doesn't seem to care about day to day operations as they've recently lost an employee and daily duties left to a capable, but inexperienced person. Seems like a lot of "residents" and they don't communicate with owner on moving around or site problems. Sites have new plumbing but no other TLC. Campground has lots of potential for someone who will invest in it. Road leading into park is torn up. Entrance is through gas station (should get city approval for direct access). We see lots of potential for the right owners!!!

Bathrooms and showers are horrible. No TP, Same trash on the floor after 4 days so apparently they aren't cleaned regularly. Understand we all have to live within our means, but full-timers living in trailers that look like they came out of a junk yard. One literally has used tires holding down a tin roof. Very disappointed. Stayed here all summer a few years ago. Was dated but at least it was clean. Not so anymore.
