I loved this park! Quiet nice and well maintained. The manager was friendly and fun with easy, quick check in. Another plus, is a nice little cafe close enough to walk to, with great food and homemade breads.

I stayed there last weekend. I had a problem with my truck and a problem with my trailer. The couple who own this place could not have been more helpful! The campground has all pull-through sites. The sites are very nice with trees that do not block my slide out. You have electric and water on the site and a very nice dump station nearby. They also own the airport which has a little cafe. The food there is delicious!

We’ve stayed at this park 3 times in the last 5 years. The first 2 times were enjoyable. We liked watching gliders take off and enjoyed the little cafe at the airport. Sadly, our recent stay was disappointing and we will not be returning. The daily rates have increased dramatically: from $32 two years ago to $49 now. At the same time the quality has deteriorated: the park now charges $10-$20 extra if you want to check in early, even if your space is available. There is often nobody in the office and even when there is, you cannot enter. Some of the showers do not work and there are maybe 50 ugly signs telling what you aren’t allowed to do. Right over the pass, in Bakersfield and elsewhere we stayed in California, there are nice, full hookup parks with a much more welcoming environment for the same price or less. If you are going to charge more you should offer more, not less.
