$12 a night, NO WATER. NO TRASH DUMPSTER. Primitive campground. You can pump water from creek going through campground. 50% of sites are not level. Mostly in an Aspen grove. There is restrooms.

UPDATE: Westrek regional manager amenable and accommodating. I got my money that had been "lost" returned to me. When I had gone camping here a few weeks ago, we'd had an issue with the campground's keeper where he had insisted that our main $24 for two night stay envelope had gone "missing". Not quite knowing what else to do and confused about how envelopes magically disappear, we paid the cash. However, I later called the regional manager for Westrek and discussed me concerns. She was kind, patient and very helpful. She got back to the obsidian cmpgrd's keeper and within a week my missing envelope was found. She mailed it to me shortly. I'm not quite sure how that envelope was initially lost, but I was very grateful she was willing to listen to my complaint and work to fix it. I will be back happily as a result of this. I cannot emphasize what a beautiful and well kept CG this is. It's a perfect distance from the road and everyone else. Sites are maintained, secluded and the folks who show up respectful and polite. Bathrooms also in great shape. Obvs on Google so it ain't a secret but act like it is and guard it. This is a gem.

Fine campground, few miles from 395, quiet with lots of space. Good hiking into Burt Canyon & Mt. Emma.

Great little campground. Almost hate sharing this place because it's never crowded and absolutely beautiful. You can do a little day hike to Emma lake which is loaded with Brook trout and stunning views.

Great place! I've been camping here with 4 generations of family literally since before I was born. Same with my mother and my daughter.
