The pool and bath house (bathroom and showers) were clean. A room with pay laundry machines is attached to the bath house (2 washers and 3 dryers ). There is a small swimming pool. The pool/water is clear. There is an apparatus with seat and extendible arm to lower someone into the pool. Available sites include 30 amp OR 50 amp electric, water and sewer. Some sites are pull-through. There is parking for one vehicle at each site. Cable is also included but you have to ask for a cable box at check-in. You need to have your own coax cable to connect your RV to cable. The cable box includes ac adaptor and HDMI cable

Great hidden gem! The staff is super friendly, and Stephanie and her fur baby Addie are absolute delights. A special shout out to Frank, he worked super hard maintaining the Park. We loved our stay in Panacea and will def be back. Cant wait to see all the improvements they are making.

It's very reasonably priced. They are improving the place, should be nice place. New in-ground pool, they are working on the building up front. Hope they will open the kitchen up front for breakfasts in future. You have to travel 20 minutes or more for a breakfast place. It is a small isolated village on Florida's "Forgotten Coast". Don't have any idea what conditions at restrooms or showers are, since we are in a self-contained RV. All the hook-ups worked, but you need a cable box from office. Was nice bicycling to boat launches one at each end of town, a big tavern and restuarant at marina and around a very small village of Panacea.
