Campers seeking a peaceful escape to the countryside will be thrilled with this rural charmer in northeast Ohio. Salem/Lisbon KOA spreads out across 65 acres, home to more than 60 species of birds and a catch-and-release fishing lake. The Olympic-size outdoor heated swimming pool is a delight, as is the recent addition of a splash pad with its spray flowers, dumping buckets and a water tunnel for kids of all ages. It's an easy drive to many of the area's festivals, casinos, wineries and covered bridges. Enjoy large, level RV Sites (all full hookups), lakeside Tent Sites, Deluxe Cabins (many open all year) and themed weekends throughout the summer. Pool: Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Great place to spend some of your spare time. When you get there, watch the pond. There are some monstrous fish in it, some as long as four feet. The kids should get a charge out of seeing them.

Great campground. One of the only places open year round with full hookups. It was a great weekend. Within an hour or of many great attractions. Canton and Boardman. Salem is a really nice little town.

We stayed at Salem KOA for a spur of the moment RV camping decision. It was great. We rode bikes and played on the leaf covered playground. We watched ducks on the pond. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we even made some new friends. I recommend camping at Salem KOA.

We had such a great weekend there 2 weeks ago. The whole place just had a friendly vibe. It's clean, convenient, food is amazing. Great pool. The rainbow train was so much fun for the kids. The gentleman running it really wanted them to have a good time. We will definitely be going back. Shout out to Emma for all her help when my daughter lost a lens
