Shelburne Camping Area

Cute place to get away without going far. I haven't explored much besides driving around the sites, but it's convenient and cozy. I wonder if the surrounding woods stretch out very far?

When I first got here it was super Rocky because of the person checking us in (some people just aren't meant for customer service).... However I'm not going to mention any names and I'm not going to let that one person ruin a five-star.... Because the rest of the staff have really been nice and did what they did could do to accommodate us........ However I'm still here so to be continued 💕

Our first time here. Found by doing a search for year round camping. Nice to be close to whatever you may need (groceries, shoes, gas, restaurant), but still be 'in the woods' . There is a camp store, but was low on supplies for this visit. Hopefully next time they will have magnets with camp name! Glad they gave a map of surrounding area. Plenty to see and do within 30min or less. This was the first time to use a bathroom that was not only clean, but creepy-crawly critter and cobweb free!!!

Stayed here last week in September for two nights. Never saw the owner. Map on office door giving directions to site. Whole place looked pretty tired. Lawn needed mowing. No wi fi. No email receipts. Lots of full time or long term campers mixed in with the short timers. Best spots were for tents. I won't be back.

Took our first rv trip out to Shelburne camping are a, it's advertised quite well. However if you are looking to do anything, literally anything don't expect it to be here! They say 2 pools but 1 is filled in with sand and the other is 3ft deep the whole area.. there's no playground, swings.. nothing! It's a place to park and sleep that's it I am only giving this 3 instead of 1 or 2 because the power supply tripped and they came right out and reset the breaker for us quickly
