My family booked our very first camping trip in our new camper here for the Memorial day weekend. We had an issue hooking up to the electric. The staff immediately came over and spent so much time helping us diagnos the problem. After realizing it was a problem within our camper they continued to help us figure out what to do. They went above and beyond what we would expect them to. A+ customer service!

We had a great time at the KOA during the Halloween weekend I took two foreign exchange students there on different years these memories have last over several years the activities were fantastic very close to beautiful hikes and waterfalls and the trick-or-treating between all of the campers was a blast the staff was absolutely fantastic so kind. The painting in the pumpkins the mummy like making the kids mummies so grateful these memories will last a lifetime.

I've stayed at KOAs, not impressed with this one. When checking in girl was clueless, staff not friendly. Campers and staff go entirely to fast thru campground, watch your kids. Garbage not picked up, when asked why was told, "I can't afford to pay someone." This is a RESORT, why am I paying so much? I have to say the waterfalls in this area are beautiful!!

Great campground. So close to Watkins glen, as well as many parks and waterfalls. Clean cabins and bathroom facilities. Recommend the showers in back of the campground as they are individual and the hot water is warmer. Campground has an indoor pool. There's also a water park in the campground for the family to enjoy. Highly recommend!

The staff was accommodating and helpful to my friend when he needed help. Nice place with pretty sites near the woods.
