Matt, the on site manager, is kind and courteous. He did a very good job in explaining the details of the contract. The grounds are very clean. The unit I rented was clean and did not smell bad. However, there is a large liquid like stain on the floor and some type of matted substance on the floor. I wish those issues had been addressed prior to the leasing of the unit.

My experience with American Classic Storage was fantastic! I was new to the area, and I was looking for a place to store some things while I was looking for a place to live. I needed a unit that I could just drive up to and store my things. Other storage facilities I talked with wanted to give me a unit that was inside and up an elevator; I didn't think that was going to work out for my needs. So, I looked at the star rating for other storage facilities in the area and found American Classic. Their front desk rep, Matt, was very kind and helpful. He took the time to show me what was available as well as making me feel welcome to the new area that I chose to call home. :) I felt safe being there even at night and knew that my stuff was going to be as well. I highly recommend American Classic storage facilities for those kinds of things, finding a good place to store your items until you don't need to. :) Thanks, American Classic!! Sally

A very good experience! the facility was clean and well priced and the manager Matt was super helpful. He took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all while being a genuine pleasure to speak too. 10/10 would store again!
