Ni no no!! Poorly customer service, many of the employees behave like they work in a jail facility. Brandy, JJ and the harbor master are very attentive, pleasant and helpful. The rest are completely awful, horrible customer service especially Kim. It takes them long to fix or maintain, amenities and dock. They will demand you to pay extra fees, if you pay your moorage they will block you the access to your boat if you decline to agree with their extra charges. They will kick you out if you're no weak. No one is there a life to explain additional fees. Instead the administration will get very angry at you if you ask questions. Is a descent nice looking marina too bad mostly their employees don't honored. Security was good, he was often around and be sure everything was safe. I will miss JJ and the security nice guy! I won't never recommended any one to bring boats here, unfortunately the staff acts like they're doing you a favor by taking you. They are so used to people kissing their background. For the people who has been a decade and happy, well they had known any better. Tenants are amazing and friendly.

Bad news. Dirty. Unmaintained. Dredging is their business, not accommodating boaters. If you want noise (gulls and geese) stomping on the roof and piles of feces on the docks, tie up here. can can handle.

Loved the physical docks and we’ve moored at both locations with three different boats over many years. Yes the office seems to be understaffed and the corporate money first vibe is really strong but once you get in and get settled it’s good…. The reason we just moved out is the reduction in security no longer see security walking the docks or driving parking areas and when lights burn out in parking areas they are not repaired timely. The parking lot security is lacking not what it was in the past and too many busted windows to continue with them.

Don't let the negative reviews deter you from mooring here, they are written by folks who think this should be public property. It's not, plain and simple. If you are a paying tenant of Columbia Crossings, you'll be happy to find that it's a great place to keep your boat. Ample parking, secured badge access to docks, bathrooms, showers, & laundry facilities. Nice green space with picnic tables and a pergola for shaded BYO lunches. Hidden Bay Cafe is available as another option, though I've never eaten there. Mgmt charges reasonable rates and is very flexible with registering guests of tenants for parking access as needed. Yes, parking is policed, and I am thankful that my dues go toward paying security staff to patrol the parking lot. Because of this, I've not experienced a break-in and will continue to trust Columbia Crossings with my business in the future.

Nice marina. Lots of nice well kept boats, and of course lots of floating broken dreams!
