If you have anything of value RUN far far away from this place. Been storing 3 vehicles here for about 6-7 months and had 2 catalytic converters stolen. Management says they will check the video surveillance and was promised a call from the property owner. Still haven't had either of those happen. Paying over 650 a month to get my things stolen is infuriating. This lot is NOT SECURE whatsoever....Isn't it funny how they haven't responded to my review??? They seem to get right back to the 5 star reviewers. I guess spending nearly $5,000 in 7 months with them just isn't enough. Real classy establishment.

I parked my food truck here for a couple years. No issues and front desk was always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them if you are in need of storage.

I thought I got a good deal so I went with this company then month after I moved rented it they raised it. All the manager said is we can raise the rent anytime , just read the fine print! It's true, you get what you pay for. The day I moved in she showed me my storage and it was dirty and all she said was you can come to the office and get a broom. Also the latches didn't engage so even after I put my lock on you could raise the door. There was always trucks or other cars parked so I couldn't get down to my storage. And lastly the manager was rude!

This place is a joke! When we first moved in back in January or longer we accidentally hit a gutter with the big truck we had, no problem we paid over $400 for damage. Its end of June they haven't fixed it. Then I cleared my unit out before due date called them to notify they informed me I had to email a place and give 2 weeks notice and since I didn't do that they said I still owed another month, ok no problem its not due yet I dont have auto payment set up ill call back to pay, they ran a card that belonged to a family member that they gave authorizion on in the past for a one time payment, for my final payment they had zero authorization on this payment from the card holder and will not return their money!!! THEFT!!! AGAIN NO SECOND AUTHERIZATION FOR LAST PAYMENT WENT AND RAN A CARD THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY FOR A ONE TIME PAYMENT THAT DID NOT BELONG TO ME

I would strongly encourage y'all to look elsewhere, I was with these guys for 2 years and I might have as well thrown my money in the trash. Overpriced and mice infested, out of a 5x10 unit I was only able to save 4 small boxes, all of my son's old Halloween costumes from when he was born were wrecked along with everything else in there. I will post pictures. About 4 miles from this place I have a same 5x10 unit INDOOR CLIMATE CONTROLLED for literally 25 bucks these guys want to charge 88 for an outdoor 5x10 and a 5 dollar inconvenience fee for paying online. Office attendant was extremely nice I do give her that.
