Amazing customer service. The General Manager, Rodney and Staff are awesome and friendly as always. They showed me the unit available for me to me into soon. We also reviewed all of the documents and completed paperwork. I was able to reserve my unit quickly and be on my way. If any issues come up the team in the office is always willing and ready to help.

I logged in to make a one-time payment and decided not to since I would be accessed additional fees for the transaction and ALREADY had autopay on file. So I logged out and just waited for auto pay to post. Well it never did so a lady associate called and resisted payment over the phone. At that time I waited that autopay be re-established and whatever glitch they had online be resolved. When we hung up Rodney called 5 minutes later and was rude and accusatory saying I had voluntarily unenrolled from autopay. He also said he would be removing me from the 30% off promotion I was guaranteed when so moved in and kept talking over me. I went back and forth with him for a few second before inevitably hanging up. I’ll be escalating my complaint to the corporate level. I’ve been a cube smart customer in several states and have NEVER had an issue until now. I understand regions and stores have sales quotas but trying to capitalize on an error your company made when I was compliant and worked with the first agent to quickly resolve the issue just to I increase or achieve sales is predatory and I will not stand for it. Pick a different location or another company to store your things with altogether.

I came in once to look at 3 available units. Showed my ID and registered for a reservation. When I came back to speak with an associate about price match, another gentleman (a manager?) was on the phone, but made a comment to me: - "So you're the guy who came in and walked around the whole building looking at units." - I said yes, thinking he was being friendly. - He said: "You were a security risk." - I asked if he was joking. - He said: " No, you were a security risk, and you don't need to look at 3 different units. A 10x10 is a 10x10." How incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and off-putting. He then waved me off and continued on the phone. The associate in front of me got flustered and responded that they didn't price match and asked me if I wanted to proceed with the reservation. I explained, that I needed to understand what the gentleman meant by his comment. I would never proceed with an establishment, that not only condemns a reasonable request to view the units, while having my ID and all, but makes it a point to tell a prospective customer what to do in such a patronizing manner. The gentleman said: "1-minute." I waited for 5-7 minutes, got up, asked the rep to cancel the reservation and left.

My local customer service representative was excellent. She explained everything well, made sure I had the correct size storage space for my needs and helped me secure the location within the facility that would ease my move.
