This is my first time using a storage unit and my process has been very successful. Francis was the employee that I met with when inquiring about a unit she explained everything to me and let me know the correct unit size I would need. The day that I picked up my keys she went over all the paperwork with me. Showed me my unit and let me know how to get in and out of the gate. How to load my items and how to use my keys and lock. I would definitely recommend this location if you need a storage center. The employees are friendly and they have a good security system.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They taak me to my storage unit and showed me how to use it, the lock and key, the parking and access to make entry. Now, for me, this happened more than once. Each time I needed assistance, they were there and with all professionalism. Thank you for a great experience, for sure, we will refer and use you again.

My experience with this storage facility is outstanding. They have the best staff here at this location, not to mention the national call center that forwarded me to this specific location. While other “big chain” storage centers were making it difficult for me to rent a storage unit, National came thru. I would like to give special thanks to Francis the site manager and Desiree the sales clerk. Everyone in this facility were extremely friendly and helpful and their prices were fair.
