I have a friend that owns a storage unit there, they are condo-style storage facilities that you buy. It is a very nice facility. It is very nicely kept and if you have the money to buy one, they seem to be well worth it.

An excellent place to store, work on, and wash my RV, my car, etc. Plenty of room for boat, car, bikes, and other storage. A nice year round place to store, work on, and maintain your larger toys that you don't have space for at home. Affordable ownership, more sensible than long term renting. Nice friendly neighbors. Clean and well maintained property. The huge vehicle wash bay is a huge plus if you own an RV and like to keep it clean. Then store it protected from the elements in your very own customized garage. Each unit has its own furnace(s). Security cameras. Access controlled gate. Comcast/Xfinity pre-wired. Secluded location. More.
