The units themselves aren't the issue the people who run the place are! The woman is EXTREMELY rude. We were 3 days late on a single unit (we had 2) and instead of placing a lock on the unit we were late on she locked down our code so we couldn't even get to our other unit! Then she treatened to not let us out (we were trapped inside because our code didn't work to open the gate) until we handed her the payment! SHE TRIED TO UNLAWFULLY DETAIN US!!! You're damn lucky we don't sue.

If i could give this place less than one star, I would. They NEVER answer the phone. No one is ever on premise during the day and regular business hours. Worst run joint I have come across. All I want to do is pay my bill and get the heck out.
