DO NOT COME HERE! Worst customer service ever! First of all I was walking with my dog and decided to stop by to purchase moving supplies. The door was locked at 4:15PM. There was no signage stating "be back in 5". As soon as I walked in the store Malika stated the dog could not be in here. I said she is a service animal. she proceed and asked "where is her leash?" I replied "she has a leash.... do you mean Service vest?". She said yes. I said she is not required to have one. Then she proceed and asked for my documents stating she was a service animal. As you know it is against the law to ask for documents, because it is essentially against HIPAA. I really did not want to continue interacting with her so i left and called the district manager Fatima who to be honest did not apology and try to recover services! I just wanted to relay the information and let them know customer service was horrible and to educate staff to abide by the laws. I am a current customer and will be ending my services this month.

Milka was a very helpful manager. After all that happened with my unit, she tried her best to help me with what needs to be done.

Milka the manager, is doing a fantastic job. Very professional and extremely helpful. She goes out of her way to assist all the customers for their service needs as well as keeping the facility clean and well managed. I would definitely recommend this for your storage needs.
