I had a good experience on move-in day but the stress Public Storage has caused me since then makes me wish I'd gone with another place. On the day/week I moved in I was told, and confirmed several times, that rent for the first month was on promotion for $1. Since then I have been overcharged for the full regular rent, plus unfounded late fees. My repeated attempts to fix the issue over phone and the app have gone unanswered (despite the app promising a response within 12 hrs). I managed to get Phil on the phone last week and he told me I had been misinformed (?), that he has no power to change the charges but the district manager would be in touch. I’ve gotten radio silence since then. Meanwhile I continue to be threatened via the app and text message with more late fees, that my unit is going to be auctioned off, and that they’ve locked me out of the space. I trusted what the staff person told me - in person and on the phone the week I moved in - about the rental cost and payment schedule. Now I’ve left the country and have to deal with this incredible stress while trying to adjust to life and work in a foreign country. Please if anyone from Public Storage reads this, answer my calls and messages. Email is best given the 11-hour time difference where I am.

I have been a customer of Public Storage now for about 6 months. I'm very surprised to find that the service here has actually surpassed my expectations. My experience in the past with other storage facilities was always good in the beginning to get you to be a paying customer. Then, the staff aren't so friendly, aren't so helpful and aren't as accommodating. Public Storage here has been the opposite. They're more friendly, more helpful and exemplify what customer service means. The place is clean, quiet and of course the staff are the oil that runs the machine. I'd like to thank Phil, Sam and all the the staff here for all your help and professionalism.

I've been a customer for 14 years and have had a first rate experience whenever I've gone to this Public Storage - it's so nice having the peace of mind knowing your belongings are taken care of and stored properly. I closed out my unit today because I don't need the space anymore, but was pleased to see upgrades around the facility, including new doors and locks. Carmen and Phil turned what would've otherwise been an unpleasant, logistically challenging couple hours into an example of fantastic customer service. Highly recommend to others looking for storage options in the city. Thank you!

Let me start off by saying I have been a client at this location for the past 3 years and yesterday reassured me why I love this location. Carmen was very helpful, knowledgeable and very very kind. She helped me find a new unit to better fit my needs. It was a pleasure to do business with her. This facility is always clean, has covered loading/unloading, easy vehicle entry and exit out of facility, and secure. They also have several carts available for use that are great quality. Thanks again for everything!
