I had questions about my account, talked with Jarod at the Smokey Row facility and he was very helpful - providing all the info & phone numbers I needed! I understand he’s new but was very professional and courteous! Best of luck to you Jarod!

I’m dont typically use a storage facility but when moving into a new home, I stored my stuff here and while the storage itself was pretty standard, the customer service of their employee Kiegan I think his name was, was outstanding and that guy deserves a raise! In a world where people hate their jobs anymore, that kid seemed to be pretty pleasant! They need 10 of that guy!
