This location is a self serve, but I was able to arrange to meet up with Hanna who showed me the available unit and where to place my POD when I moved in. With her help I was able to make a decision to go with this location to store my belongings and am very happy with the service provided.

This public storage location has changed my entire view of storage unit places. Ellen is by far one of the most professional, personable, and kindest employees I’ve ever met. She has been so helpful and accommodating when I’ve needed her over the past year. You’ll know your unit is being watched over as she is aware of the smallest things - she once called me because she noticed I had a different lock on my unit and wanted to be sure I was aware. Nothing gets by Ellen. She’s awesome!!

.I had this unit for about 6 months. Great storage unit at a pretty good price The help from Ellen at this property. was the best you will ever get. She made you feel very comfortable and helped in any way possible. When i first got there i was not sure what type of unit i needed and Ellen talked to me and directed me in the perfect unit at a great price. she also helped me with moving advice and things i may need. I once lost my keys to my lock and when i called Ellen assisted me in getting into my unit and getting a new lock with no worries at all. when moving out of the unit Ellen was there again to help the checkout process go just as smooth as it could and even assisting me with some small trash that needed to be disposed of. All around a wonderful experience. It's very nice to see someone who cares and enjoys there job as much as Ellen does. Thanks Ellen!
