I rented a large storage unit for what I thought was a good price but within 2 months the price jumped 40%. Lousy business practice in my opinion. Just tell me up front you're going to screw me. On the good side, the associates are very friendly.

Lucy went out of her way after hours to help my husband arrange a short notice storage space for my family. I expected to leave a message and she answered our call in the evening well after closing. Who does that? A truly dedicated manager who puts customers before herself. I felt so bad that we kept her even later at work, but she assured us it was fine. Our unit was ready first thing this morning and Lucy greeted us with a smile and cookies! She has NO IDEA how much she helped us. BEST SERVICE EVER!

Lucy is AWESOME! She was not only helpful and kind but from the moment I spoke to her Felt like family. She made sure she checked to see what she had available and not only that made our experience easy but processed everything fast! Moving is very stressful and to have a place with a person who helps you not only makes it less stressful is not only great.. its a True Blessing. Thank u sis. Keep up the great work! 1st of all the staff here are so incredibly friendly and go out of their way consistently to make sure they are providing excellent customer service.. Lulu is the Best! Their $$ are well below ALL others that I looked into. The site is extremely clean! I'm very happy with Rancho Lone Mountain Storage ❤
