unbelievably bad - never store a mobile home at reyes Los Angeles absolutly unfrienly and untrustworthy. Thes people don´t know how to handle Rv´s or boats. This place looks like a scrap trade. One star is to much Don´t give them your credit card

Very disappointed and frustrated with this place. I informed Reyes that I only needed storage for my RV for 6 weeks, they checked out, lady at the front desk said okay 6 weeks, give us a call when you’re picking it up. We said great and left. 6 weeks go by and we call to pick out RV up and we were told we needed a 30 notice? We said we were coming to pick it up and that we were only storing it for 6 weeks. We went in to pick it up and all was fine. Two weeks later I look at my credit card statement and we were charged again for another month! 2 weeks after we had already picked up our RV. We contacted Reyes who kept directing us to their owner. The owner would not return out calls and when we finally got a hold of her she was sooo rude and disrespectful to us and refused to refund our money and even threatened to charge us for another month!! She was demanding a 30 day written notice but we said in the beginning that we were only storing for 6 weeks- that’s more than 30 days notice!! I had to cancel my credit card and had to contact my credit card company who thankfully disputed the claim and got my money back! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
My Experience
As with all things California, parking is expensive. No gripes with Reyes, it's their business, they can charge whatever they want but at $13/FT, my little class C was going to cost $312/mo. I'm not wealthy so that's a bit high for me. Also parking is jammed tight. You don't have personal access. One of their staff has to pull out your rig. Again, this is my opinion, it's their business and they can run it whatever way they want but I chose something different.

The same thing that happened to Jason Annan (fellow reviewer) happened to us. They knew we were storing our RV for 2 months maximum. We picked it up after 6 weeks. We got charged for 2 full months - ok, so be it. HOWEVER, we got charged for a third month and almost a 4th month before we caught it as they claimed although we picked up our RV we never gave them 30 day notice. Although it was explicitly stated multiple times that we would be back inside of 2 months - they charged us for 3 months - until we caught it. They have deceptive paperwork - stating written 30 day notice - even though it was clearly understood by both parties that we would be back in 2 months or less. They had no remorse - no ethics. I'm sure these 2 reported stories aren't the only ones. I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I used this storage facility for a short stay, 4 months. It was understood that i was using it as a short stay as i am from ny and travel with my rv. I did paperwork in office and all went well, i toured facility and was impressed as to the appearance of a well run place. I returned in 4 months to pick up my rv, it was outside the facility and ready to go, i went inside to complete paperwork all was done. It was again understood that i was not coming back. Unfortunately i did not notice until 1yr later that the facility had continued to charge my card the monthly fee. Upon calling reyes i waited 2 weeks, understandably for them to look into it. I was told that i did not put in writing my intentions and would not be refunded my monies. I do not believe that this overcharge was done on purpose, however i do believe the error lies with reyes, or probably thier employee not finishing thier paperwork. As of now i am out a total of $2496, and it appears that they will not refund the theft of my money as no services was performed. I do plan on fighting this overcharge thru my bank and visa as a theft of service crime. I believe in karma and im sure it will come back to you. With that being said i will continue to tell this story as often as i can on thier website or blog or anywhere i can. If you as a potential custumer read this pls be weary of thier ability to accept and properly right the wrongs that they either do or have done. In my opinion in conclusion of paperwork just like all other facilities, should have ended the billing process. To all parties involved i wish you well.
