I've stored my rv here for the last couple years. Never had a problem. They are competitively priced, given the market and are responsive when i call for customer service.

Been using this RV storage location for over 2 yrs now. Good setup, includes sewer dump and rinse water (when working). Spaces are well marked with flags with several configurations available. Entrance could use some regrading / paving (it's got some decent size pot holes), but the drive lanes between the parking rows aren't to bad.

I have had a great experience with this lot. I stored my vehicle with them for several months and did not have any issues. They were always a phone call away when I needed to contact someone. My vehicle was in their Aurora lot. great people will work with them again if I need a service like theirs.

TL;DR: the manager is unprofessional, I wouldn't trust an automatic payment system with this company, call insistently to get your $300 security deposit back and you should receive it within 4-6 weeks, and be weary of the cat-and-mouse game you'll have to play. The actual lot is great, and renting a space/the initial set-up was really easy. However, getting our security deposit back was a nightmare. We called Dan, the manager, to tell him we were leaving on November 22nd and that we'd like to collect our security deposit. He said it'd be ready in a week pending our spot was cleared. In a week, on Nov. 29th, when we didn't receive the check, we called him again. He acted as though we'd never had a conversation, and said it would take a week to receive the check. In a week, when we hadn't received the check, we called again and were told he'd have to check with the accounting department. We started calling every couple of days to check on the status of the check (we were moving in the middle of December and wanted our security deposit back before we left, about 4 weeks after we first notified Dan), and eventually he started screening our calls until, finally, someone was running the phones who wasn't Dan, didn't recognize our numbers, and picked up our call. She got Dan on the line (after he had screened a couple calls earlier that day) and we had to pick a public place in Parker, CO (we lived in Denver) to meet where he could physically hand us the check as it was literally the day before we were moving. The check came that night, 4 weeks after our first call to Dan and many, many, many phone calls later. The lot is great, and if you're in no rush to receive your security deposit/have absolutely no need for professionalism in your management, I think it'd be fine. Don't set up automatic payments.

We were in the Castle Rock, CO, area to visit our son and family. Our motorhome and trailer are a total of 70 feet. We needed a place to store the unit with 50 amp service. Troy and Dan got us a spot under a roof. Excellent responsiveness and service. Gated and cameras. We stored at the Aurora facility near the airport.
