I came in yesterday after purchasing a unit online. The guy sitting at the desk first off left us sitting outside for ten minutes and then once he let us in he wasn’t a ray of sunshine. He was rushing us out and closed up shop without actually taking us to our unit. We went up and found it locked and no one here to help us unlock it. We had to come back the next morning to get it unlocked. My fiancé had to get his schedule changed at work so we could come back. It was very inconvenient. The guy the next morning was much better, I’ll make an updated review for him.

This storage facility has been superb so far as protecting my prized possessions.. However, on the move out I am limited because there is only 2 long carts available for such a huge facility. I have a move out Date on Nov 1, but unable to move due to no carts being available. I'm highly upset! It's been since Sept 1st with issue not being resolved. Management has been laissez-faire about issue. I'm currently sitting in the garage waiting for a cart to magically appear. SsS open at 9am. Smh! I have stored my items here since Summer of 2017.
