Storage Depot's facilities are clean and secure. The reason I am giving them five stars is more than just the facilities. They have excellent customer service and a team who communicates effectively with an issues or needs. It is wonderful to work with them! We have had a unit for about 2 years.

I have been with these guys since they first opened. I usually do all my buisness with Joan and she has always been very helpful and kind! The place is always kept up and clean, I especially like that it is close to where I live. I have never had any problems there infact I tell people about the place that inquire about storage! Good job guys and Thank you🥰

Michele has been amazing through the process of getting a unit for my boat and Harley. Very reasonable prices, great service, clean and Michele has gone to the extra mile to make sure I was able to get a space on short notice. Good location, too. UPDATE 2022--we are still with this company, although I think the company name has changed. We still have seen our bill raise too much over the years. Great location for easy access, not packed so you can't navigate through the different units, clean, and there's even an Amazon secure package for deliveries that's nice around the holidays.

I've been renting from Storage Depot for years. They have been amiable in every interaction and incredibly flexible with the units I have rented. (I've shifted unit sizes a few times.) I definitely suggest them for anyone needing to rent in the Omaha area.

I love the cleanliness of Storage Depot's facility and the security as well. I don't have to worry about my storage items. Joan @ Storage Depot is so friendly & welcoming to her customers. She is always available & listens to your needs. She keeps everything organized and keeps everyone posted on any events happening at, in or with their lot.
