Amy Cintron assisted me when purchasing storage. Customer service with other businesses since the pandemic have gone down-the-drain. I was treated like royalty with Amy and the Manager. Great experiences goes along way! They went above and beyond. If it wasn’t for Amy I would have done business elsewhere. A Happy customer👏🥰

The Oak Park, MI office is great. Manager Nikki was always so friendly and helpful. The staff are easy to work with. I will definitely rent from them again although I still have rented units at the facility. Update 1/13/2023 (lost storage unit): I have had nothing but great customer service from the Oak Park, MI location. Nikki, Tom and Amy are so warm and caring they really treat you like family and you just don’t find a lot of that anymore. When I refer or if I have to utilize storage facility again, this will be my go to.

My experience was awesome. The managers explained in detail about the unit the insurance, and the agreement. They even took the time to walk me over to my unit and show me how to enter the gate access code and the door code and how to properly lock and store my things. I highly recommend
