I spoke with Sunny Saturday and shea was pleasant. I came in on Monday and this is a woman who knows what she is doing. She took me around and showed me units until I was able to select what I wanted. Sunny not only is professional and she is personal and warm. Thanks Sunny!!!

I said I would adjust my review for my storage unit mix up. I wanted to wait until we were done with our unit to adjust my review because I wanted to make sure nothing else would go wrong. I WILL SAY THEY FIX THEIR ISSUES. (and Karen's that don't mean complain to get free stuff, I had an actual misunderstanding and they fixed it without me asking!) I like that when I spoke up on my issue they listened and did what they could to compromise and make a happy customer out of me. I apologize for my rudeness I am happy I got to have my stuff safe at your location. And will recommend to others!

Great customer service! Sunny was so kind and helpful. She went through the different unit sizes with me and even showed me a few so I could decide which worked best for me. The location is clean and easy to get to. Will definitely be staying here for as long as I need a storage unit.

My wife and I were highly pleased with Storage Mart in Virginia Beach. The facility is super clean and secure. The unloading area was super nice and came in handy with its pull in capability and high roll-up doors. The staff is super friendly, with a high focus on customer support and satisfaction. Christiana, the Property Manager, who worked with my wife and I was very thorough and professional. She walked us thru the rental process and worked with us to get us the proper unit to meet our needs.
