EDIT: After connecting with the district manager, we compromised and are both satisfied with the outcome. I will receive a partial refund and they have access to the unit. I will no longer be charged going forward. This is acceptable. I appreciate the professionalism from Mark and Olivia. I vacated my unit in November and they keep charging me. Going to file fraud with my bank. Numerous calls with no call back. Despicable. Terrible business!

Beyond irritated with these people , we rented from these people about a year , got a letter ( that was sent 13 times to my wife smh ) about a price increase that would start with October payment , didn’t really even need the storage any longer so we decided to let it go so September would be the last payment, so She called about all the letters etc. because that was really annoying and was told the manager of that location would be notified of the intent to vacate and about so many duplicates of the same letter being sent , so we went and got our belongings and that was that ......UNTIL my wife started getting calls , emails and letters about owing for the unit B220.... We have told several different people the same thing they all claim they are going to notate the account and forward to a manger Etc ... We no longer rent from you correct the error . Should of been that simple right ? WRONG!!! Several more calls and emails later now they are billing us $193 ( received email this morning) for the unit with all these crazy fees added on and now a lien ... a lien on what exactly I’m not sure since we don’t rent from them anymore but ok . Never had these issues with P.S. Storage . Definitely beware before renting. Called today got another person who noted the account and is “forwarding “ the info to a manager AGAIN smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ If it’s not handled after this I will take further action against the harassment and the entire ridiculous situation because they won’t get another dime out of us . Nor will they keep stressing out my wife with this nonsense . Some thieves cause only a crook going to keep trying to get something that isn’t due to them . Update : We vacated the storage unit and do not occupy it . Check your customer service and the way you do business then you won’t have to worry about the tone of someone cause it will match the situation every time . And then right after the review these people have illegally authorized $100 out of our account (2 months after vacating the storage) . Like I said beware .... because you thinking we owe you and you sticking your hands in our money is two different things . We don’t owe you and even if you felt you were owed you have no right , was not given permission or authorization and the amount doesn’t even match none of the figures sent . Like I said some crooks . The Bank has been contacted and other parties will be on Monday .

Of all of the storage units that I have been to Across the state of Wisconsin, this one has to be my absolute favorite. The young woman that I dealt with was a definite bonus. Easy to talk to and personable. If it comes down to needing a storage unit on the north side of Milwaukee I would definitely put this one in for consideration.
