All of my needs were met with ease of access and safety for my property. Staff was very friendly and remembered me. I only wish the soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn’t usually empty and that the outward garage door sensor worked so I wouldn’t have to keep getting out of my car to manually do it push it but these were minor concerns.

Cali was amazing !!! She made it so simple to get set up after filling out everything online . Walked me to my unit made sure that it was big enough and explained everything throughly . The gentleman was quick when I first signed up online on making an appointment for me to set everything up also .

Very smooth process! The manager, Branden, was incredibly helpful --he provided me great information on the phone, gave me a quick tour of the facility and even gave me a water bottle as I was moving things into my unit. He is very accommodating and knowledgeable. The facility is well maintained and clean. There are a handful of flat bed carts available and the elevators are large and conveniently placed. Everything feels very secure. I have had a great experience all around.
