I dropped my U-Haul rental off when and how I was supposed to, yet this location called me in twice because they "couldn't find it". The first time I went in, the day after I returned my rental, they flipped through the keys on the wall, found the key to the van I had rented, and said I was all set. I got a call two days later and had to go back down to the location for them to accuse me once again of not returning the rental before the manager (I'm assuming) went out and physically found the van himself on the lot. I understand miscommunications happen and things don't always run smoothly, but it would be fantastic if the team here could double-check whether or not they have misplaced an entire vehicle before placing the blame on the customer. Twice. I will say that everyone I interacted with was pretty nice– that was really the only silver lining here though because the rest of my experience was anxiety-inducing.

With the exception of Lamar. The employees could giver better customer service. Especially the so called manager who was very unprofessional. I was told I needed to speak to a manager for my situation. After 30 minutes of waiting he approached me and asked a few irrelevant questions and walked away saying he couldn't assist. It wasn't about what he was capable of doing it was his attitude.

Please Don’t Rent a truck from here !!!!! My mother in law rented a truck from here and they came and took the truck back without notifying us. We were still in the process of moving, therefore they took the truck with our personal items inside. Everything was still inside the truck except all my Boyfriends expensive sneakers, We had a jar filled with change and cash which was emptied & were stolen by the UHaul employees. Multiple pairs of Jordan’s and Yeezys were stolen from the Uhaul truck . They went though all our purses bags and personal items that were in the truck. Customer service is terrible . They tried to blame it on the towing company which doesn’t make sense. How can the towing company open a locked Uhaul that only the manager and my mother in law has. Please don’t trust your items with these people. They steal your personal items then lie straight to your face about it. This happened Oct 27, 2022! Please don’t rent from them they are bad for business !

Great U-Haul location with many options to rent various sized vehicles and also storage spaces (climate controlled). Our 15’ truck pickup was smooth in all the ways but just one, it took a while at the counter. Staff is good but they need to add some more crew members as how busy this place gets. Overall a good experience and will surely rent again!

First and foremost. DO NOT rent from here. Plain and simple. Now read my review. This may be my second negative feedback in my entire life. So I definitely request you to pay attention. 1. The lady at the counter took unusually long time to verify if a vehicle is available. Finally they gave a vehicle with 1/2 tank full. I suspected how they filled 1/2 the tank without cleaning the truck in the first place. 2. We took the vehicle only to find out that it has broken glass pieces and dog hair almost 1 inch in the front seats. I can’t believe they did not clean it.I am not talking about truck bed cleaning. 3. It had broken mirrors with glass pieces hanging still. Very dangerous. We had to meet an appointment so we had to take the risk with the vehicle. My child was unhappy all the way. We couldn’t bare the dog hair flying into our face so we decided to return the vehicle much much earlier than what we initially planned. 4. On our return, I was trying to fill the gas and figured out the distance we travelled and the gas I filled did not match. My travel was for 30 miles and I had to fill 7 gallons to meet the 1/2 tank mark. Obviously there is a big mistake. That’s when I looked at the lease papers, only to figure out they have recorded one vehicle but given me wrong vehicle. The guy who was to checkout on return, passed the blame to the manager and manager simply blamed the staff. I felt it is useless for me to waste anymore time dealing with them because they are not even at the lowest levels of customer friendly.
