Omg! I had to pick up a load in a semi tractor here. It was tight but manageable. You better had skills or you go tear some ish up. The staff was really friendly and got me loaded fairly quick.

Great location. Trucks are already available to rent. Storage spaces are 24 hour accessible and the staff is always pretty helpful. Definitely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked a truck and trailer together at this location through Uhaul customer service. When I arrived at the Gentilly location I was told by an associate that it is impossible to rent a truck and a trailer together in New Orleans, but also that they did not have a truck for me to rent despite my reservation. I then contacted customer service again and was told that is NOT the policy and it is possible to rent truck trailer combos in New Orleans, but that despite my reservation, I would have to wait until the next day or go to a community 45 minutes away to rent what I had booked. Many hours of my time was wasted and and important moving deadline was not met because of Uhaul. Truly terrible customer service.
