Made an appointment for a hitch installation. Called to let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be about 5 minutes late. Got there, checked in, had a seat to wait. After 30 minutes, my car still hadn't been taken back. I asked and was told it would be brought back shortly. One hour passed. Another hour passed. A couple came to pick up their car that they had dropped off at 7 am and was told that it wasn't done yet (it was 6:40 pm) and they'd have to reschedule. They explained this was the 4th time they had tried to get this done. Then someone came over to me and said they were going to have to reschedule. I said "No. We're not." I asked why I wasn't told when I called over 2 hours ago, or even when I arrived. Or an hour into waiting since they obviously knew they were backed up and not going to get to my car. They had no answer as to why I wasted over 2 hours waiting for my car when people whose cars had been there since 7 am hadn't even been completed. I knew this place had not been rated very highly, but I thought I'd give it a chance anyway. Never again.

Adrian was super helpful. Slowed me down after a busy day and made sure we reviewed my bill together to make sure it was accurate. Asked me how the experience was and how the trailer performed. Was a great customer service experience.

Moved to Seattle from New York. And after my 4 day trip found out the storage unit at a different location was way too small. Marissa helped us switch to this location and got us a bigger unit! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful! Highly recommend :)

This U-Haul was great! From pick up to drop off, everything was easy. I rented a trailer and ended up needing it for a day and half longer than expected. Staff was kind and understanding. Reed and Denny have awesome customer service and really made my wife and I feel taken care of. Thanks guys!

Picked up a uhaul here last Saturday and it took them 45 minutes to get me my uhaul. I was going to do the online check in, but needed to rent a dolly and so I went inside to get both. After the girl figured out why the truck I reserved was not popping up, and finally trouble shooted, she said the tank had 1/4 on it and I would need to return it with that. I was a little frustrated that it had only 1/4 because after I loaded my stuff up, I would have to fill it up before heading to my destination. Not a huge issue, but a slight inconvenience now that I was on a time crunch. There were a ton of uhauls in the front, but I had to go all the way to the back to get my uhaul. Which again was not the worst, but with a lot full of uhauls, why not either give me one in the front, or bring my truck around. Anyways, I get into the uhaul and the tank was so empty that the light was on and I feared I would run out of gas on the way to the gas station. I mean the gas gauge needle was below the E on the gauge. I also had a pop up on the dash about the tire pressure being low on one of the tires, which not only increased the risk for a tire popping and me needing roadside assistance, but decreased the already terrible gas mileage these trucks get. I have had great experiences with uhaul but this particular experience was really unfortunate and kind of disappointing.
