I've had my storage here for years & it is dependable as far as keeping your property stored. However when it comes time to make a payment, their website is not available on a regular monthly basis and when you call to make a payment multiple days in a row while also leaving voicemails, you still receive late fees when "they are too busy to answer" customers are penalized because of either lack of staff or not being able to keep their website going. This is pretty disappointing and I would no longer recommend this location.

Units are what you’d expect with nothing eye catching or unique! Hours when actually have employees are work hours, but you can get in to storage 24/7! I don’t think you can really expect to have anything extraordinary from storage areas but I would like to have seen access allowed for a period of time after due date of payment for customers who have been here for a length of time as I was not thrilled to be denied access when we had to wait for new debit card to arrive after having fraudulent activity meaning our autopay didn’t work since this occurred a few days before payment here was due! We had to come several times to get an employee to allow access as stated above because hours are same as work hours! That’s only complaint and probably nothing employees can do since automatic but was perturbed that loyal customers are locked out with no regards to past payments considered in regards to grace period! The prices also increased but hasn’t everything? I’d return if needed cause it is a secure place!
