Booked a unit online ... Showed up at office during office hours to get access and get shown where unit is. Door was locked and no one in the office. After standing outside in the cold for 10 min a guy came into the office and was rude to us from the second he opened the door... Then we brought a lock and he said we had to buy his lock ... Ok.. fine .. but he didn't even want to give us a tour or show us the unit or even help us ... He basically was like can't help you until you buy our lock... Like really what kind of customer service is this! Normally "storage professionals" are kind. Giving maps, tours, friendly and welcoming so you actually trust to store your belongings there! Don't go here we are cancelling our storage!

I have storage there for over a year now and Yuri was manager at the time and the guy is great always friendly and helpful he helped me out a few times, now Eric is there now and you can't ask for a better person he is friendly and very helpful
