Exceptionally clean with great amenities (50 AMP in each unit, dump station, wash station and coming soon a wash bay). They have 24hr onsite personnel and provide gate access via phone app; very useful. Also they are building a new section and will be putting a fence completely around the property. Its a bit pricier than others but you get what you pay for.

ALARMED! Since new management has taken over, the lack of security is troubling! My neighbor’s unit has been burglarized twice in the last few months. In addition, the maintenance and general cleanliness of the property is in decline. I’m combatting an army of ants inside my unit and am considering a move if things do not improve quickly.

Security is NON existent as the cameras are worthless when you can't get any information from them. A door was completely pushed in & call was made on a Monday as they finally returned his call on a Wednesday. The entrance gate is a frickn joke !!
